We want you to love your WildAir pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by our system and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it moves back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
